The LineMAX module with CSP LEDs
To accommodate the dimensional restrictions imposed by the LEDiL Daline optics , REDMADE has developed the heart of the system: a dedicated LED module (R1C50) based on CSP (Chip Scale Package) technology and included in the LineMAX product family, dedicated to indoor linear solutions.
CSP LEDs are the ideal choice for those seeking maximum performance in limited spaces. Latest-generation CSP LEDs have been selected to guarantee both excellent optical performance and superior visual comfort. Compared to traditional SMD packages (such as 2835 or 3030), CSP allows for higher drive currents and ensures optimal color mixing.
The REDMADE module has dimensions 280x12mm , guarantees a luminous flux of up to 2580 lm with a maximum efficacy of 177 lm/W. It is available in CRI 80 and 90, both in Constant Current (CC) and constant voltage (CV 24V) to meet different installation needs.

LEDiL Daline optics
The LEDiL Daline series stands out among linear optics for its minimal footprint, measuring just 10 mm wide. This allows for the development of extremely thin luminaires, ideal for concealed architectural integration or miniaturized track systems.
The technological core of Daline lenses lies in their internal geometry, designed to maximize luminous efficiency. The Dark Light configuration achieves very low UGR values, often less than 19, depending on the chosen distribution and LED density. This parameter is essential for compliance with the EN 12464-1 standard.
Made from optical PMMA, Daline lenses are available in a wide range of beam angles, including:
