IP67 relamping kit
IP67 relamping kits are the high-efficiency LED lighting solutions for outdoor applications. The systems are based on LightMAX series LED modules, made in Italy, and are available in all CCT options from 1800K to 6500K and with CRI 70, 80 and 90. The kits are complemented by selected and certified components from the major brands on the market.
Designed to optimally replace old inefficient sources in already installed luminaires, IP67 relamping kits can adapt to any type of structure and allow traditional luminaires to be preserved by adapting them to modern LED technologies.

REDMADE's commitment to investing and building innovation in Italy is demonstrated by its production facility in Pregnana Milanese (MI): 2,000 square meters of spacious modular offices, adjacent to which the production area has been built, connected to a fully automated warehouse.
Our core business is the high-capacity production of LED modules from 9mm to 1200mm in length, developed according to the criteria of maximum efficiency, repeatability, and reliability for the specific application.

A state-of-the-art production facility
The plant enjoys three state-of-the-art SMT lines, with an assembly capacity exceeding 250 million LEDs annually. The investment is ongoing and involves not only production space, but also the adoption of innovative machinery and instrumentation (including an X-ray, two automatic screen printers, a 3D printer, two integrating spheres with spectroradiometer, and a multichannel temperature datalogger), which are in addition to the specialized equipment (including a resin machine and a die-cutting machine for thermal interfaces).

The LED module is always 100% tested at the end of the line through both visual and functional testing. The quality and color matching of the LEDs is checked with extreme precision at the entry into production through material traceability. This makes it possible to obtain a product that corresponds in every way to the specifications established with the customer.
